A violation of this article is enforceable as a violation of the village Code enforceable
pursuant to article III of chapter 2, or as a noncriminal traffic infraction, punishable pursuant to F.S. ch. 318, as
either a moving violation for infractions of sections 50-88, 50-91 and 50-92 of this article or as a nonmoving violation for violations of sections 50-89 and 50-90 of this article.
