§ 38-1. Adoption of comprehensive plan.

The comprehensive plan, attached as exhibit A to the ordinance from which the section is derived and on file in the village clerk's office, is incorporated herein and adopted as the comprehensive plan of the village, in accordance with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (F.S. § 163.3161 et seq.).
