§ 18-64. Unmuffled exhaust.

(a)

No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged the exhaust of any steam engine, or stationary internal combustion engine, or motor vehicle, except through a muffler or other device approved by the mechanism's manufacturer, which will effectively prevent loud and explosive sound. Motor vehicles shall comply with F.S. §§ 316.272 and 316.293, which are incorporated in this section by reference.

(b)

Vessels within the area 1,200 feet into the tidal waters adjacent to the corporate limits of the village shall comply with F.S. § 327.65, which is incorporated in this section by reference.
