§ 14-40. Form of ballot.

Latest version.

A Charter amendment measure to be voted on by the electors shall be presented for voting by ballot in accordance with F.S. § 101.161. The ballot shall include the following question: "Shall the above-described amendment be adopted?" Immediately below such question shall appear, in the following order, the word "YES" and also the word "NO."
